ABOUT THE CHEF

Chef Darron Vanbuskirk is very passionate about culinary arts.  Starting as dishwasher in high school, he worked his way up through every department.  After years of working in the industry, he went to culinary school where he was on the deans list.  Over the last 20 years, he has learned from some amazing chefs that have taught him a variety of cuisines and techniques.  He is now using these experiences to teach Culinary Arts in southern Michigan.  This new career has provided him the freedom to start his own private dining company, so he can provide high end and unique dining experiences in the Ann Arbor and Detroit areas, but he's also open to travel.

Instead of giving you a list of items or packages, what we like to do here is talk to you then customize a menu completely based on your preferences and budget.  It really allows us to make your event as special as possible.  

Although we do not provide alcoholic services, we do work closely with a couple bar teams we can connect you with that will provide you wonderful service.

We have professionals that specialize in a variety of areas from budgeting, menu creation, productivity, bartending, and serving.

Where are your prices?

Every event we do is custom made so our prices vary depending on ingredients, difficulty, number of guests, and staffing necessary.  Contact us with your budget and ideas, we love to work with you in order to make sure your event is the best it possibly can be.

Will you travel to me?

I teach culinary classes during the school year, so generally I stay in the lower peninsula of Michigan during the school year.  Once summer comes along, I am available and willing to travel with or to different events.

Do you work around allergies/food preferences?

We take food preferences and allergens very seriously.  Also, we treat vegan and vegetarian with as much respect as any other dish, assuring everyone has an enjoyable experience.
